I know you are now wondering what is Ziggs and who needs one more site to be on while working as a Realtor in this new landscape of social real estate or in anything else for that matter. After all we have realtor.com, trulia.com, zillow.com plus our blogs and websites and of course Activerain. And we all know we have to be connected now all the time.
Here is the story from my Ziggs experience not to overwhelm or promote just to pass forward. I found Ziggs by accident and simply registered on the site. I think I was searching for Ziggy Marley and made a typo. Uncle Google then showed me Ziggs. The feature I value is the Ziggs alert which tells me where on the planet someone is searching for my name otherwise known as me. Ziggs provides a map and allows me to quickly zoom in on the location. It appears they have a blend of satellite and google earth technology that makes this possible. It feels like a scene from a 21st century mission impossible or perhaps today’s TV show Person of Interest.
In some cases, I can easily find the referring site and name thanks to Ziggs. In the big scheme of life and your business and everything important to you, you may find ziggs a big zag. However, I continue to be amazed at this new frontier of online information as it evolves by the nanosecond. Did you know about Ziggs.com? If so or if not, what’s your take?
