To all friends of the Santa Fe Animal Shelter, thank you! It is official. We are in the challenge! A BIG thank you to everyone who helped promote votes for the Santa Fe Animal Shelter and Humane Society for the ASPCA $100K Rachel Ray Challenge. We held our 19th position in the country and number 4 in our region.
We were only able to make this happen because of you and your votes! The first step of the Challenge was to demonstrate we have an engaged community. Without your votes, this would not have happened. We have made it to first base. We are now in competition with 50 other shelters nationwide for the $100K grant. This summer I will be back to call on your support to help our Santa Fe Animal Shelter and Humane Society save more lives. Just imagine, your vote saved lives!
