Does this happen to you? Do you ever see something that so engages your imagination that later when you read something else you connect them in some way? This is what happened to me. First, I love cars, especially the gorgeous classic ones. Some time ago, one appeared on the highway as I was driving north from Santa Fe to Taos. She was too beautiful to let the moment get away at 60 mph. I made this moving portrait. You see, she reminded of my 1941 Ford which did get away many years ago. Then, for some uncanny reason, when I read these amazing words tonight by Albert Bandura, I remembered the car. Here is what he said about traveling... at age 80.
"It is not the miles traveled but the amount of tread remaining that is important. When I last checked, I still have too much tread to gear down or to conclude this engaging Odyssey."
This is how I feel about living in Santa Fe and working in our new landscape of real estate. It is not about the market or the buyers or the sellers or what ever happened today. It is all about the tread remaining. What do you think?
The Santa Fe real estate market is a local one. Real estate news reports and trends in other communities does not apply here. Search all current properties here with a fast and easy list or map search. If you are thinking about selling your home or considering a lifestyle change in relocating to Santa Fe, I suggest you give me a call at 505-660-4541 to schedule a real estate consultation. No one has time or money to waste in this new landscape of real estate. I am available to help you and make a positive difference in your real estate experience.
